Free Medicines Review

We can review your regular medication and liaise with your doctor in order to minimise wastage and rationalise your medications.

We can ensure that they are working well for you and that you are taking them properly.

New Medicine Service

When you have been prescribed a new medicine we can monitor your progress in the first few weeks and feedback to your GP if required in order to address any concerns or side effects.

Care in the Chemist/Minor Ailment Scheme

We can provide simple advice, medications or treatment for minor ailments or illnesses not requiring the opinion of a doctor.

Care Home Support

• We provide advice and support for the residents and staff of care homes.
• Advise on appropriate and effective ordering of medicines and appliances.
• Advise on the safe storage, administration and proper record keeping of medicines.

Private Prescriptions 

Over the Counter Medications - such as non prescription medications not covered by the care in the chemist/minor ailment scheme.
